Growing Together: Jessie & Marco’s Wedding
Lovers of books, handmade crafts and delicious wine, we created our wedding around these themes. We designed the invitation as a “Growing Together” Scout Book with chapter stories from our relationship. We were married amongst the vines at a vineyard on Long Island. On the farm, we loved sneaking away for photos with the Alpacas! We crafted paper flowers for decorations, bouquets/boutonnieres and a flower ceremony. Our guests enjoyed an italian feast while sitting at tables adorned with classic books. They went home with local jam for favors. We ended the night right with silly snaps in a DIY photo booth and some favorite scoops from a gelato bar.

You’re Booked!
Very excited to preview Jessie and Marco‘s save the date for their fall wedding on Long Island:
We had a blast gocco printing our bookmarks in a weekend. We selected Mohawk Beckett Concept: Wood Spice Kraft paper for a rustic compliment to our vineyard wedding. Jessie found tassles online at Tassle Depot and looped them for a final natural touch. The san-serif typeface selected was Brownstone for it’s whimsical frames and decorative swashes, reflecting the DIY craft culture. We loved this description of the collection from the type foundry: “It’s ornamental but unfussy, romantic but understated – a design theme well-suited to recession-era cynicism.”

Congratulations, Alli & Gregg
One of our recent custom designs was for Alli & Gregg, which included a bamboo folio with a hand drawn, colorful illustrated shell pattern that lined the interior and wrapped on a bellyband for the reply and insert cards. We just received a link to their amazing photography by Sweet Monday from their SoCal beach wedding at the L’Auberge Del Mar check out all the gorgeous photos and the details on their blog post!
